The school's very own newspaper, written to keep everyone up-to-date with the latest school happenings.

This is where all dances and special events will take place and be planned out.

This is the darkest part of the school; it is located underground and is much less decorated than the rest of Hogwarts.

The cellars are technically on the same floor as the dungeons, separated by only a few stairs leading up. They're a bit more welcoming, decorated by several colorful tapestries.

A lot of people pass through the corridors of this floor every day, since it leads to just about everything in the school.

A lot of classes are taught on this floor, but the most important place here is most definitely the Hospital Wing.

There didn't used to be much here other than a haunted bathroom, but recently it's become quite a popular floor for the more creative students.

If you want to waste time looking at trophies or armor, this is the floor to come to. There's really not much else to do here.

If you know where to look, you might be lucky enough to stumble across the Mirror of Erised here. If not, you can always go to the library and check out some books.

The entrance to the Ravenclaw tower is located here, so the majority of this floor's visitors are either Ravenclaws or Prefects venturing to their baths or lounge.

Not many students hang out in these parts, since the only things on the sixth floor are a couple of bathrooms and some classrooms.

A lot of Gryffindors can be found on this floor, since this is where their Common Room is located, but few others come up here unless they're headed to the Room of Requirement.

These are the towers of Hogwarts, the highest parts accessible in the school. They're quite popular locations, actually, and they get a lot of visitors every day.

With picnic tables, trees, and well-kept flowers, the courtyard is a nice place to take a walk through or to sit and think in.

Relax on the shores of the lake, climb some trees, wander the lawns, dip your feet into the waters, or do whatever else you can think of. The possibilities are endless!

The produce grown here is maintained by the groundskeeper; normally in the Autumn there are lots of huge pumpkins and in the Spring and Summer the kinds of vegetables vary.

This area includes the Greenhouse as well as the gardens flourishing beside it; it's a popular place for plant-lovers to come.

Everything around and related to the Quidditch Pitch is found in this area, including the Pitch itself, of course!

Still off-limits due to the creatures living within it, the Forbidden Forest isn't the safest place to come to. Of course, no one really cares about that these days, so just don't get caught.

This quaint little village is a fun place to visit every now and then, but students must have permission from their guardians before they are allowed to come.

Visit Gringotts, have ice cream at Londons greatest shop, or get your new wand. There are plenty of ways to spend your afternoon here, though most students simply get their Hogwarts supplies.

Of course students aren't at Hogwarts during the holidays. They spend them at home with their family, or perhaps their own apartment if they're old enough.

Anything out of character goes here. You can play games, show off your graphics or tell people when you're going to be away for a while.
